Since July 2025, the rent has increased from $124 to $184 after Mini Mall took over management. As a result, there is no longer access to a truck for tenants. Gavin is very friendly and approachable, but it’s concerning how he seems to accept this sudden and steep rent hike, which appears to be predatory in nature.
