By accessing or using HarborHitch (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Directory Service Only

HarborHitch is an informational directory of RV and boat storage facilities. We are not a booking platform, broker, agent, or intermediary between you and any storage facility. We do not take reservations, process payments, or enter into any contract on behalf of any facility.

3. No Warranty on Accuracy

Facility information on HarborHitch — including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, hours, pricing, amenities, and availability — is aggregated from public sources including Google Maps and facility websites. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing.

Pricing shown is estimated from publicly available data and may not reflect current rates. Always verify pricing, availability, and terms directly with the storage facility before making any booking or payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HarborHitch and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Inaccurate or outdated facility information
• Decisions made based on pricing shown on the Service
• Your reliance on any listing for any purpose
• Any transaction between you and a storage facility

Your use of the Service and any facility you contact through it is entirely at your own risk.

5. Facility Listings

Facility listings are sourced from public data. Inclusion in HarborHitch does not constitute endorsement of any facility. HarborHitch reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. Facility owners who wish to update or remove their listing may contact us at contact@harborhitch.com.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from HarborHitch without written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious facility information
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service

7. Third-Party Links

HarborHitch links to facility websites and Google Maps as a convenience. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party websites. Visiting those sites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
