Jesse and in person staff are wonderful! Phone support however is rude and refused to assist. I verified that I could access my hunting boat at hunting hours multiple times. On the last day of duck season I was denied access by keypad and customer service/emergency line refused to grant me access. There are 203 days until teal season. It might be a little deal to some people but it was devastating to me

We have had EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and the facilities are ALWAYS CLEAN AND PROPERLY cared for. Ive had my unit since October 2024 and have ALWAYS had FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE from everyone, each time we stop by to pay, or work in our unit. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I rented a 10x20 storage unit here for a few years, and my experience went from “acceptable” to “frustrating” over time. If you’re thinking about storing your belongings here, especially long-term, I strongly recommend reading this before signing anything. The short version? This place is way overpriced for what it offers, and it only got worse the longer I stayed. When I first rented the unit, I don’t even remember exactly what I was paying, but it was at least in the ballpark of what seemed reasonable. Over time, though, the rent kept climbing—little by little, then suddenly by a lot. I understand that prices increase, but the problem here is that the increases seemed excessive, especially considering nothing about the facility improved to justify them. In fact, the condition of the place actually seemed to decline as the price went up. In the end, I finally decided the price was too ridiculous to justify staying even one more month. If you’re considering renting here, maybe it’s fine for short-term use if you can snag a discount, but if you plan to stay long-term like I did—be prepared to watch the price go up. There are better options out there, and I really wish I had switched sooner. Security is another area that should be better for the cost. Yes, there’s a gate and a keypad, but gate access remains open all day so be sure to secure what you store.
