Vista Boat & RV Storage - Hardy

Have had my boat parked here for over a year no issues good calm area. My only complaint is there’s a tree behind the fence where my boat is parked and a branch fell breaking the shad tarp. And piercing my boat cover and a seat. The tree seems to be on city property so the storage said they cannot do anything about it. However storage personal could’ve at least told me there was damage here so I could come and check it out. When I came back my cover had ripped from the water weight pulling on the hole created in the cover. So now I need to buy a new cover and fix the hole in my boat seat. Property staff said they do daily walks around the property but this should’ve been called out if that’s the case. Whoever the city uses to clear their trees should’ve also informed the property that a branch fell on top of a boat. Just be careful if you park something against a wall with a tree in the back here because the property will not help.
