We have been keeping our boat there for going on 3 years and have had no problems. It is a great location, is always accessible and is clean and affordable. No hassle, reliable place to store your recreationative toys.

Very nice facility! When I first called, they didn’t have any available spaces, but Hilary contacted me as soon as one opened up and we were able to secure a space. The lot manager, Barry, has also been very helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Lack of communication and playing games !! Safe your time and go to another place. Hilary, told me she will send me a contract to sign it and she send me an email with no attachment and with a different price. when asked her I didn’t receive any contract in the email, she waited a whole day to respond and then she sent me a contract and telling me the spot was reserved by another tenant!! Any way thanks!!
