I hired a company to ship my vehicle from CA to FL. The vehicle arrived in Jacksonville a few days later but that company failed to get the vehicle accepted by the port. After a suggestion from an overseas shipping company I reached out to Port & Storage in desperation. By the time I spoke with Brandi, my car had been in FL for over a week and I only had one more day to have the vehicle accepted by the port before it would be denied access onto the shipping vessel. Brandi jumped into action and got the vehicle delivered. Because my vehicle was a hybrid port workers were rejecting it in accordance with a misunderstood policy. My first shipping company basically just said “ok” and turned around. When Brandi took possession however she didn’t just give up. She advocated and challenged the new policy. Eventually the misunderstanding was uncovered and my vehicle was accepted with only a couple hours to spare!! I was so incredibly stressed for so long; thank you so much!!

Have been work with PS&D for years. They have a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Their fees are more than reasonable considering the time and effort that gets put it their work. I will use them for all escorts, yard storage, or on port services!

I only came in as I was towing out a rig for service. I say that as my opinion is not based on "doing business" in the normal sense. Staff knew exactly where the rig was that needed a tow, which saved me a good bit of time having to look for it myself driving up & down the aisles.

Juanita was great! I had a issue getting one of my cars released.I thought I wasn't going to get it that day and have to make a second trip.She was like oh no your getting your car today no second trip.She got on the phone and made it happen.She was also my escort to the port and helped me out there and I got both my vehicles.I highly recommend these guys.
