Bring your own heavy duty lock because theirs are over $18 (as of 2026). Not happy about only having a 4 month rental for a 5x5 when I wanted to pay for 1 year in advance... wonder what they're gonna jack it up to after that.

Kelly is absolutely wonderful ! very attentive and even called to make sure my boyfriend was allowed to access the unit. you can tell she cares about her job and the people renting there.
