Poor customer service. Bad lot security. They don’t care about your property. Need better options, previous management actually cared.

Run away!!!! We just moved to Florida and needed a place to store our camper...after explaining what we had and renting a very large unit, they put us in a spot with a fence 20 ft in front of it...couldn't get the camper in...so we finally got it settled and in a different spot...a few weeks later we get a phone call that they've cut our lock and if we didn't move our camper they would tow it out...took my husband 4 hours to get that straightened out. We showed up the other day and they had created an outdoor storage spot right in front of our unit, so again, can't get the camper back in. I called to cancel and they want to prorate us 15 days in March, when we said we were very unhappy she said my card was on file and they were charging it no matter what...there is nothing in the unit, there is no reason for us to pay 15 days. I am working with my bank so they cannot automatically take money out of my account, but honestly, find somewhere else to store your stuff!!! These people are absolutely horrible!

My experience has been great for about a year now! The place is kept clean, and the hoses work for rinsing. Each unit has its own plug available. They've been good about communicating when there is a gate issue (which is rare). The canopy is a good size!

Great experience and staff was easy to work with. Allowed me to pick out the best spot to fit my rig.

We have been working with Kaaren and she IS GREAT!!! I tried to work with 3 other people, they do not speak english and did not even know what a 30 amp was?? If your are trying to sell something you need to know your product you are trying to sell! Some one trained Karen real well!! I do not know what happened to the other sales staff?? I am in sales myself so I know you need to know what you are doing!!!!
