Priceless Storage LLC

Excellent storage facility! This was exactly what I needed for my move to MI from TX. They are a small family owned business and very easy to work with. They respond quickly to inquiries or if you need assistance. The storage space I rented was fairly priced, clean, and secure. I would rent from them again, if needed. In response to some of the other reviews I see here... no one is living in an RV on the property. I asked about that before I rented and they shared it did briefly take place last year and it's not anymore. There are cameras. If you're concerned about that, I would simply ask for a unit in more direct view of a camera. The gate is secure and I never felt concerned of anyone breaking in to my unit. Never any signs of nefarious behaviors going on anywhere on the property. They were very upfront about the insurance cost. They easily waived that fee by seeing a copy of my home owner's insurance, so I didn't need any extra insurance. I was never charged more than I was supposed to be. I moved out on the last day of the month, which was a weekend, and I wasn't surprised to see the autopay went through for the new month. They quickly reimbursed it once I emailed about it. 5 star business!

We used priceless storage for 9 months. Very clean and well maintained. Convenient and easy access. Very secure. We stored furniture and home goods as we were moving up to northern Michigan. Easy to reach someone in the business office. Nice and pleasant to work with. We would use again.

Hardly any cameras. We had extra applied fees with no notice due to insurance on an item but the biggest issue is they let people live inside their RV’s! How is this called secure storage? We called and so did other customers to voice the problem of people living inside the facility and they did nothing about it but argued with me about other items. We told them we would remove our items and head to whistle stop down the road ( way more cameras it’s cheaper and the owner is so sweet). We had been off their property more than 3 weeks and they charged our account for the next month. We called to let them know we had been charged and needed to be refunded.. the owner said “ I will think about it “ keep the money I will post my reviews. Some of the most unprofessional people I have spoken to on the phone. Highly recommend going across the street to the other units to save some money and be treated right

Can’t recommend priceless storage in Lowell highly enough! We had our household goods shipped here from Alaska, and stored for 10 months. Great staff who were friendly and knowledgeable, and were flexible with move in and out dates. Easy payment options online and affordable rates. overall a great business! If you’re in the Lowell or Grand rapids area and need storage look no further!

Very nice storage units and RV storage. This site is clean, easily accessible, has cameras & lights for day/night customer safety, with a very well lit front coded access entry point. Customer service is excellent! Thank you Jody! You made my recent move a pleasure @ Priceless Storage!
