Very unsafe location. I just wouldn’t.

DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!!! They leave the units that are empty completely open and unsecured, so it's very easy for thieves to get in, bust a hole in the roof, climb up and that's all there is to it! They have access to every unit in that building! We found our unit with a hole kicked out of the ceiling and our lock cut off and gone. Tons of things missing as a result. It was a weekend and we couldn't find help so we put 2 new locks on the unit and tried all week to get in touch with someone by phone. No answer by anyone local, all calls went to the call center and they were unable to reach anyone as well. Messages were left daily, but not a single call was ever returned. We went back over there today, so exactly 1 week since the break in and someone had broken back into the unit!! Both our new locks were missing AND there's a different lock on the unit so we can't even get in! Tried to talk to someone, but there's no one in the office, as usual and all calls still go to the call center. Unless you want your things taken, I highly recommend against renting anything from these jokers. Your things are NOT safe here! Irreplaceable family heirlooms, jewelry from deceased loved ones....gone. It makes me sick to my stomach. Livid is an understatement!
