RecNation RV & Boat Storage

First the good. This place is very clean and well maintained. My big gripe is that last year someone had damaged my Camper trying to break into it when I had it there in storage. This is supposed to be a secure place With cameras. I have tried at least two or three times to reach out to RECNATION and connect with someone local, but can never seem to get past their outsourced customer service to a different country. The first time I reached out, customer service told me they would have the locale area rep contact me and no one ever did. I reached out again later and was told that they would get an answer to my questions and reach out to me the following day and I have never heard back. I have some real concerns about keeping my camper here Because it seems that there is nobody local that handles it. When I discovered the damage to my door,I noticed that the camper next to mine also had a damaged door where somebody obviously tried to break in as well. This storage facility used to be awesome before RECNATION bought it. There used to be someone who lived on the premise, which made it feel much more secure. I would feel much better about this place. If there was somebody who Spoke English, was local, and would call me back to answer my questions so that I can take steps to make sure my rv does not get vandalized again.

Was told they would prorate our month after canceling and they took out full payment and nobody will return calls or emails. Fine when you want to start renting but goodluck getting ahold of anyone.

Easy to use, clean, would use again

Called and was able to rent a spot within 5 minutes. They were fast and provided me with all the information I needed.

Great summer storage location. Easy and secure access.
