Edit: DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE..... my unit was broken into and i was robbed. My most valued items stolen.. my brother's belongings who was killed in a motorcycle accident. Im so devastated losing those things. I pulled everything out of here. They told me to file a police report.... I had asked for my money back as it was the beginning of the month and was told if I don't fike a report on them then they will will do it.. since it was like the 2nd of the new month.... I just did that to get my money back Plus they make you write a good review and rate them while they are doing the the rental set up... that's why they are rated so high... the swamp cooler dont work in the summer and no one cares... there is no AC to keep your belongings in controlled temps.. also people living in the units... so scary! ... Anytime i needed anything they always had an attitude. Let's not forget the rats.... uggh. Old: Very easy process... And simple. Highly recommend!
