3/30/2026 The staff is absolutely wonderful! I really hope they stay. But the unit really needs to be swept out and I have to do it myself which isn't right. It's full of rat droppings. And the lighting thru out the facility is beyond insufficient. There's no way I can move in until bulbs are placed above or I completely can't see. But these are simple fixes and hope they'll be addressed by the time I move in. But I must say the rate is outrageous! Absolutely not worth it. I didn't see any usable carts to move items into the unit. I've used this place for over 20 years and I believe that this will be my last time unfortunately. I think it's time to pay a little extra and go someplace else.

This place is trashy. The first picture is their garbage disposal Rent a spot at your own risk. The garbage situation is getting worst and worst. There rat droppings everywhere they ate through a lot of my items. Not only that if you look at the boxes you’ll see water stains they told me that how I brought my items to their facility. I tried opening an insurance claim and was told I needed to provide the receipts for them items that was damaged. I tried explaining that a lot if the items I purchased almost 8-10 yrs ago and they advised that they’ll reach back out to me. It’s been almost a year. Then the price of rent goes up every 6 months. There’s a make that works in the office that is very rude I explained to him that I had t been renting for nothing but a month (Dec 2024) and my rent went up by $15 in January. He said their prices are already subject to change. Who’ll refund my money? Who’ll replace my damaged items?

The front desk folks are always super nice but the overall management of this facility is honestly probably non existent this location needs a complete overhaul. It’s dirty, has roaches and there is garbage everywhere. I def won’t be back. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else else.
