I have had this unit for years and have finally cleaned it out! The staff have been MOST helpful, especially the 2 young men who helped us get our piano loaded onto our truck! Everyone has always been kind, gracious, and helpful. Thank you for everything! Especially the extra "muscle"!!

Pricy, they raise rates continuously. Not very serious about security. It's been downgraded over time and instead of restoring locked access into our building they just removed the locking mechanism. The climate control units are reliably dry and low humidity and good for storing things.
