Straight forward operation… no hidden fees. Seemed secured. Either someone was in the office or phone was answered. If needed again, I’ll be back. Auto pay was nice to start and was terminated promptly when moving out.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Richard is honest and professional and always available anytime I need something or have a question. I rent one of his indoor units for my business and from the first day I met Richard, he has gone above and beyond! This facility and the owner are one of a kind!!!
