A+ Boat & RV Storage, OKC, OK We do not want to continue to pay you for holding our belongings hostage. I want you to know that we are incredibly unhappy about how you run your business! It’s unacceptable and unprofessional for a storage unit to not take responsibility for your broken door and lack of repair on the unit that we are paying a ridiculous price for two months of inaccessibility. This is summer and prime boating season. It doesn’t make much sense that we have paid for 2 months to not be able to use our boat! Yes, you offered to have someone open the door on a work day/weekday for us to move all of our furniture and belongings ourselves! If it was that easy to move units, we would have left when you took over ownership and jacked up the rates. You are unwilling to compensate us for this debacle by adjusting the fees for the 2 months of inaccessibility which is only fair and responsible/reasonable on your part. You have dropped the ball on making these repairs/ordering parts in a timely manner. We have been incredibly patient and understanding, but this has gone past the point of bad management. We will not use any of your businesses in the future.
