Had my trailer stored here since 2012. I live out of state so cant regularly check on it. It came up missing and storage facility told me to file with the insurance. Insurance wont pay because I dont have proof of ownership. I tried to explain any documents I had were destroyed during hurricane in 2020. My homeowner insurance wont pay because I live in Alabama and they wont cover Oklahoma. Plus the local facility never would return phone calls, you call your dealing with corporate office.

This place is great for storing cars or RV's or boat but not personal belongings and furniture, you definitely want something more secure for that.

A great place to get robbed.. This location allowed "someone" to break into a camper and steal over 4k of personal enclosed belongings. When police investigation was requested the manager denied access, and refused to allow investigation. This would lead one to believe this was done by their staff, and they are attempting to cover it up for them. Currently dealing with the OKC Sherriff in regards to an investigation. Would recommend if you seek to have a secure location, to look elsewhere. As a licensed insurance agent, and a combat veteran, this is less than disheartening. I even gave the manager over 2 months to "research" their cameras, and get back to me. Never got any updates, and have had to chase after whomever is on the other end of their main number. I refused to pay until police were allowed to access and file a report with local authorities. The owners/management are holding my camper hostage, and adding fees, while they refuse to comply. On average it takes a week to get a response from them, and then they offer nothing but circular argument, and what could be construed as extortion as an option. "Pay us and then we'll talk about letting you on the location". Literally what has been stated. They are demanding payment (59 bucks a month) and I told them they will be paid immediately, upon giving access to LEOs to perform a proper investigation. I have no idea why a facility would not assist in the investigation of the breaking and entering of a 5th wheel camper, and the theft of personal effects in the locked camper. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO HIDE??? *** UPDATE *** SEE ATTACHED PHOTO.... NOW THEY WANT TO BUY ME OFF. YOU WANT TO PAY (WAVE FEES) TO JUST MAKE ME SHUT UP AND GO AWAY??? YOU WANT TO HIDE THE TRUTH... ALLOW LEOS ACCESS TO THE CAMERAS AND FACILITY. HOW DO THE CONTENTS OF A LOCKED CAMPER, GO "MISSING". MAYBE THE DOOR BEING PRIED OPEN, BREAKING THE LOCK MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE CONTENTS GOING "MISSING"... I'VE NEVER WITNESSED INANIMATE OBJECTS MOVE THEMSELVES, OR DOORS BREAK THEMSELVES OPEN. WHAT DOES THE INSURANCE STATUS OF THE CAMPER HAVE TO DO WITH YOUR ABILITY TO COMPLY WITH LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT? WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO HIDE??? MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE... PRINCIPLE IS. REMEMBER... YOU CHOSE THIS... I SOUGHT PEACE, AND RESOLUTION, AND YOU CHOSE WAR, WITH A WAR FIGHTER... A GATOR..... SGT ROESLER US ARMY 97B/97E 66MI OIF/OEF Update: these thieves are attempting to act like I am just a deadbeat that didnt pay my bills lol.... i have attached the original email sent 23OCT2024 (4 months Prior to when they stopped being payed) these people are patent liars. I thought at the time the rimms were worth 1k.... when I sought to replace all 10 rims (5 fuel rims, and 5 20th edition rubicon rims) i found rhe cost to be around 4200. I made report with both Oklahoma city PD and the Sheriff. Both depts attempted to access the property and were ignored and or denied for the last 11 months. Now they have "towed" and removed my property. Further theft. Protect yourself, find honest reputable places to protect your belongings. They tried to buy me off to make sure you wouldn't hear this. And now they attempt to spin and lie. These are unethical people and this is how they treat not only the public.... but combat veterans.
