Compass Self Storage

My wife and I needed a storage facility near North Myrtle Beach. We visited two different facilities with no manager on site to show us around. On our way to look at another facility, we drove past Compass Storage. We were greeted by three members of the staff. They went out of their way to answer all our questions and show us around.It is one of the best storage facilities I have been in. The prices the staff quoted were very fair. I certainly want to recognize Priscilla and Elliott for making this such an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend visiting Compass Self Storage if you are in need of such a facility.

Very happy with the company's switchover. Priscilla is lovely and very helpful.

Recent switch in management. I had an issue with the switch over with billing. Priscilla, the GM, was beyond kind and helpful, helping me get it all straightened out! The facility itself is super clean, very secure, and walked and checked daily for security. Would definitely recommend just off my interactions with Priscilla alone!

I had a unit for about a year. No complaints as far the facility itself. It’s clean and secure. What I didn’t like was the fact that during the set up of my account, I was asked to complete a survey. How can you accurately rate a service you haven’t even used yet? Pricing is my other area of contention. My price changed twice in the year I had my account. First by $80 3 months after I opened my account, then by another $22 which would have gone into effect next month. Thankfully, the items are now in a new home. Had I needed to store them longer, however, I would have found a new facility. I’d recommend. Just keep pricing in mind.
