Amy was very professional she knew how to treat people she offered me coffee cookies upon entering the storage facility. The the storage facility is very clean and the security is great. Definitely recommend running a storage unit from Amy at many storage.

I want to give a special thanks to Amy. At the Hixson mini storage location Amy is very knowledgeable about hixson mini storage and understanding about my situation on my flight delay and me missing my flight second Flight from Dallas to get here.I was able to get things resolved saturday morning special thanks to Amy again 1/17/26

Amy, was very helpful! I actually was on my way to another storage unit, I saw Mini Storage Depot and decided to stop. Amy was very helpful but I had to leave for an appointment to see the other facility. After that visit I decided to go back to Mini Storage Depot because the customer service sold me.
