Difficult to communicate with anyone who knows what's going on, all calls go to a call center and they take your questions/concerns and if you're lucky someone will get back to you. The lot itself is nice and well laid out but the design of the roof that you are paying for "covered parking" is still very much exposed to the sun.

Pretty easy to sign up and get a storage spot quickly, very fast. I signed up when they had a pretty awesome promotion going on. However, once the promotion expires, they have zero flexibility on price. All in all though, good facility, clean, and secure.

Dishonest. Counted on BlueGate to store my RV, outside for the winter (I live in Illinois). This month, they raised my monthly fee from $232 to $351. So now I need to drive 8 hours south to avoid this absurd rental fee. They really took advantage of my trust. Sad.
