I’ve been here for over 3 years, Rates have gone up. Property has gone down, lights in unit don’t work. Put in service request and nothing. Finale straw, was me sitting outside the gate (because it wasn’t opening) with a ai robot on the phone. No real person, keep saying a manager will call me to help open the gate. They are Not 24 hours, No one answers. You speak to ai on phone that is glitchy and no help. Put your boat somewhere else. Over pricing and no real help. Will leave you outside the gate contemplating ramming it to get to your unit. Just don’t do it.

Good luck getting in touch with a human when you have an issue. It’s obvious they’re aggressively pursuing profits at the expense of the customer through their helpless AI chatbot.

Clean and safe location for storage! Spacious for ease of access to back in boats, RV’s, jet ski’s etc.

I have stored a boat here for years. A couple of years ago the owners changed and things have been harder since then because it seems to have gone to a national size chain instead of local and no one seems to be on site to help if needed. It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to resolve errors in billing or even mistakes with names on accounts etc. I just received a monthly bill that was nearly double with no explanation. When calling customer service, I am getting either someone who cannot even locate my account or I am getting a computerized AI robot pretending to be a person and trying to talk to me. I'd like to cancel my unit, but that's proving difficult to even get someone to answer the call. No one has responded to my written email. I can't have a boat stored at a place if there is seemingly no one actually working there to help with customer service.
