Rented a unit Cannot get in the gate. No one answers or calls back. Now out 300 for movers that could not get in. Went by "main office"..nope no one is there either

Sherry is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about the process and is also caring about you personally. She seems to be by the book but she has a good judgement on how good business works and how things are handled but by the rules. She communicates very well and always stays consistent and true to her word. She is always working hard and isn’t there to just take your things. She is a great asset to Mini Mall Storage Co.
