Been renting here for 3.5 years. The first unit had a roof issue and insulation came down on my things. Lucky I had totes no cardboard so my stuff wasn't complete loss. But I had to move units and charged full price for both when it wasn't my fault. Issue is management and employee turn over. They will keep increasing your monthly fee and not allow you to lock in the online price. They do not call you back even if THEY get locked out of their system they make you call them back. It's been the worst experience dealing with them in Texas. I understand business needing to make money but they aren't ethical.
