Go Store It Self Storage

DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE!!!! My unit was robbed and I have been paying high rent to store thousands of dollars of high-end furniture and REAL oriental rugs & paintings to be STOLEN and then I went to move stuff out and found it ransacked with the most valuables gone!! I threw away a cushion in the dumpster that was left from a chair that was stolen and before I got home I received a charge to my credit card!!! THEN, I have sent movers two days in a row that are charging by the hour and we cannot access my unit. I cannot get anyone on the phone but a call center in another country. From what I can understand they put another lock on my storage and say that they did so because I put a cushion in the dumpster!!!! They say it will take up to 72 hours to cut the lock off that THEY put on. UNREAL!!!! I cannot even get my head around the amount of money this bad decision has costs me. MANAGEMENT needs to get in touch with me IMMEDIATELY to rectify this all! I need compensation for my movers, a refund on the rent I have paid for the past 2 years and reimbursement for my stolen property. But instead, they put a lock on my unit!!!!

This is the best place to store your belongings and the cleanest place the only problem is that they need security onsite cause they do have some bad break in and people work hard for they stuff this is my honest opinion but make sure yall talk to Emily she will help you out with anything you need she’s a great customer service person and have great patient and can Assist you with anything you need.

Had a horrible hostile situation but Sr.Supervisor Leslie made it right and my things were secure. I am thankful and appreciate the care that was given to me and my belongings. Previously: Corey was very helpful and made it super easy to transfer my storage from one floor to another. It was quick and easy. He knew exactly what to do and he walked me through step by step over the phone. This interaction today has restored my faith. I will recommend. Thank you for your help.

Exactly what’s advertised is exactly what you’re getting I’ve been in and out of here since the doors opened. I’m hooked…
