Setting up the storage was perfect getting there and Inside was drastic. Kept putting the code in to only not get in, not contact or personal on sight, had to call an online number for the mock code. As I was attempting to go down the hill into the storage the hill/ ramp is so steep (next to the office) it literally scrapped under my car. No onsite assistance during business hours is weird. Call the office and receive no answer. By the time I push the button to raise the gate to out the one car parking area the gate was closing, of course this is frightening cause who wants the garage door to close as they are exiting. Will add photo of the steep hill. Not being negative just honest. I call today 2/4/2026 to do a follow up call regarding my horrible first day experience as I'm explaining to the rude gentleman after I made my payment for this month he was very argumentative as I stated my car was damaged I drive a Benz and due to the steep hill that goes down to the garage as well as noone on site to at least guide me... This man said he was that manager been there for two years and it's not his fault that I chose to drive what I drive, I felt that was rude and inconsiderate.. I also spoke on noone being available on my first day to show me it to assist with the code for the lock, he was more concerned about going back and forth with me rather than listening to receive to properly understand. I ask him what man what manager has time to go back and forth with a female rather than fix the problem. I too am in property management however I manage a community and I would NEVER disrespect or argue with anyone as my time is valuable and I represent myself and my company I'm not saying that all customers are right however again as I was trying to explain to the guy that says he is tha manager that refused to give his name so that I could properly address him, he told me to come see him, now why would I as rude.. disrespectful.. argumentative he has been..he also told me there are several storages around that I can go to, I informed him no because that is convenient. He said that bits called self storage and my response was I so understand with that being said that is why I ask no staff to assist me all I need was assistance with entrance
