THEIR ACCESS HOURS ARE FASELY ADVERTISED! Their website, property manager, Google page and call center workers all claim the access to your unit is between 6AM-10PM. Yet the gate does not access your code after 9PM and you have to call the contact center to enter or exit your unit. It is very rarely that I have to gain access into my storage after 9PM so I normally do not mind calling and having the call center reps give me a temporary code or tap into the system to open the gate for me during those few occasions. Tonight unfortunately was different. The call center rep kept me on hold for so long claiming she was trying to access the system. She returned after 10 and claimed she could not access the gate. I could have easily been in and out. Normally when I call the reps will give me a temporary code, she did not even offer me that until I pressed to her normally how things go when I call to speak with other reps when this situation occurs. She claimed she didn't offer the code due to offering it to other customers earlier in the night and it not working. Yet wasted my time on hold knowing she was having system issues supposedly earlier and already submitted a ticket to the propertymanagement. She told me all I could do was "complain tomorrow to the property manager" and disconnected the call by sending me to the end of call survey when I asked if her supervisor was available to speak. I have tried to be accommodating to their gate not working after 9pm but after this experience, I'll be taking my business else where.
