13 days late I have a trailer and a inclosed unit and extra outdoor lot.. these people put a lock on my trailer tires and put a lock on my inclosed unit charged me $345 extra $75 dollars per lock the third doesn’t have anything on it but they charged me for the third one make that make sense.. they will not unlock my trailer for 5-7 business days after I paid them $633 the new owners must be Gypsy’s… NO CONTACT EMAIL OR PHONE CALLS WITH ME THEY ONLY TOOK OFF $80

Good place to store your recreational vehicle. A secure place, with a gate and password for entry, and there's someone checking that everything is alright.

I am done with Rec Nation on Garrett Rd. I park my flatbed trailer there on dirt or if it has been raining I am wading in mud and water to access my hitch. I asked them to correct this situation but nothing is being done. The gates are always wide open so anyone can access the property. So security has become an issue. I was paying $60/month to rent my little mudhole space but now they raised it without notice to $110. I asked why they nearly doubled my rent and they couldn’t tell me. I argued with them so he said he thinks he can lower it to $85. I told him all the issues with dirt blowing and muddy unsafe conditions and the lack of security. They don’t care. I will be out Dec 1.

Great storage, great experience. Rate increased to much.

I'm very disappointed with what happened with my RV. Don't use this storage for anything, they don't response for any accidents or stolen RV's and they have cameras and don't capture anything. Look for another facility that is more responsible and they have the dignity to keep sending me messages that I owe for the parking space and it's empty! Really, like I'm going to pay for a space that's empty.
