I would take my business elsewhere and plan to. They have had frequent price hikes and are now running a bogus forced insurance fee scheme. If you do not provide proof that your belongings are insured they force a policy on you. I’m sure they are getting kick back from the insurance company on this. Very typical of small business that have been bought by private equity groups.

I was very respectful & was looking forward to renting. I felt very unwelcomed & discriminated against. They would not even consider my business as the worker there (older balding gentleman ) did not want my business as they offer power in their unit and did not want me to use it for simple light usuage. THEN He assume I would use as a shop or home. Not my intentions. I felt insulted & humiliated by his decision to not even want me to rent a storage to me. I'm not homeless but I felt he looked at me as such. Terrible experience. I will never consider going back there. TO THE "OWNER" IT WAS 12/23/2024 who was working there at 4pm

Excellent staff! They all went above and beyond to provide the absolute best customer service. Thank You! Great location for covered storage. Leon Valley Storage is closed on Wednesdays. A third party storage booking company sent me an email stating I could move in today on a Wednesday. I arrived today on a Wednesday with my grandson, a tow truck from Mission Wrecker San Antonio (5 stars) and a car loaded to be stored at Leon Valley Storage. I didn’t even notice the door said they were closed Wednesdays. I called out in a dark office, hello, someone please help. The kindest person named Vicky came out and explained they were closed but would do everything to get me in a unit today. Then the 2nd kindest, sweetest person, Amanda said she worked in another area but would get my paper work started while she called another manager from down the road to help make sure she had done everything correctly. The 3rd kindest person showed up to finalize the move in.
