Pack Rat's Boat RV & self Storage

I love it there, it's my second time using them back in 2011-2012 and now 2021... friendly staff. Always very nice and professional ...family owed is the way to go when it come to picking a storage place...very happy and satisfied customer.

Our travel trailer continues to get broken into and hundreds of dollars of supplies/equipment have been stolen. Not sure what the purpose of advertising surveillance serves since in the end I’m responsible for replacing my stolen items. Very disappointed with this location

I left a review for Pack Rat's in error for the wrong storage company. Tonight, Clint reached out to me through creative means to try to resolve the issue. His professionalism and concern for a customer's problem is how all small business owners should be. I can't speak to the quality of storage facilities, but I would recommend you go check it out and give this man a chance. I have no doubt in my mind that he will do everything in his power to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Clint, I apologize again for the misunderstanding and wish you well.

All of our brand new furniture is broken or damaged all of our stuff is cracked. Our irreplaceable antiques are damaged. We made sure all of our stuff was securely tied and strapped down and in place. Our 7 month old daughters brand new furniture is damaged beyond repair. This is a result of poor handeling and them not caring about thier clients belongings that they are responsible for. This is a piss poor company. They had no problem however almost emediatley taking the 2 grand out of our account after the contracts were signed. We used the pack rat in jacksonville florida and came to San Antonio Texas. Our pod was late which made us suffer on the work front and delayed us a week from starting work. I do not recomend this company at all. We have more phptos but will be saving them for further use if our items arnt replaced.

I have been an avid patron for over 10 years, I store cars and my belongings in the indoor area. These folks have always been reasonable and friendly with me. The one bad review almost irritates me because it is not representative of the service I have received. If you need a fair priced secure storage run by friendly folks this is the place for you. Bar none...
