STAY AWAY FROM RECNATION BOAT & RV STORAGE!!!!! I needed to end my storage an was aware that I needed to provide a 30 day notice, but could not recall te specifics to exactly hw the notice needed to be made. That said, I planned to move out on 31 JAN 26, so I knew that regardless on exactly how the notice needed to be made, I needed to make said notice by 01 JAN 26. So, on 30 DEC 25 I called the toll free number for RecNation RV and Boat storage and after being on hld for quite some time, and then being routed to and AI assistant, I was told that based on my reason for the call, that someone would return my call. I had not received a return call, so on 04 JAN 26, I called back and finally got to a person, I explained my concern / question about giving notice as well as explaining my concern that I called about this on 30 DEC 25, and was told I would receive a return call, but still had not, the representative stated that I simply needed to send an email to an email address she provided, explaining that I would be moving out, and to provide a move out date. I expressed my concern that I would now likely be bill for the month of February because it was now 4 days into January and she stated that she would escalate my concern and have the move out date backdated to 30 DEC 25, when I initially called in, OR have the month of FEB prorated to be for only 4 days, and that she would call me back. Fast forward, I never received a call back this time either, but started getting spammed in text, voicemail and email, stating that I owed $115.63. I called RecNation back yesterday and after a long hold, then an AI rep., then finally to a person, I explained yet again, my concern and teh representive was very rude, very difficult to understand due to her broken english and jsut stated "Well, you are responsible for the bill". I would STRONGLY recommend staying away from this company, and when I get moved to NC, I ABSOLUTELY will not use them. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I tired to rent a covered boat space, but I couldn’t get a live person and I don’t talk to machines. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Worst experience of my life. Purchased an RV and went to move into the spot and the gate code wouldn’t work. There is NO HUMAN SUPPORT. Only an ai chat bot that says a person will call you (they don’t ever call you.) I’m not sure how to get my money back or access my unit at this point. RUN AWAY, do not rent here please.

Son unos ladrones no se les ocurra rentar aquí les notifique que mi puesto quedaria libre el dia 11/10/25 después de haber pagado todo el mes de noviembre el dia 31 de octubre entonces me dijeron que igual cobrarían el mes de diciembre completo sin utilizar el puesto son unos ladrones porque hay que notificar 30 días antes LADRONES
