There are no actual humans on site. That's a negative. When you call you have to work your way through an AI roadblock to get to a person. That's a negative. It took 3 attempts to work my way through the online application process then to find out out the information didn't load to their site. Thats a big negative. The one bright spot was I linked up with a real person, Angelo. He was friendly, efficient, competent; whatever they are paying him, it's is not enough. Customer service reps of Angelo's quality are not in abundance. Angelo is probably the big reason I didn't walk away from GoStorIt. Kudos Angelo.
