Excellent and well maintained covered RV storage in convenient location. We have not seen any evidence of rodents. If you want to spend a little extra, there are spots available that have electric. Owner is very responsive to email. They are more expensive than our last storage but you definitely get what you pay for.

Very clean storage. it feels very secure, with its fencing all the way around the property. The lighting is nice and bright even at night. Only one way in, one way out, VIA slow rising gate. I would just wait until it closes before I drive away to ensure that no one uninvited came in behind me.
