Customer service for the most part were very well, but on numerous occasions a late charge would be applied without notifying me due to my card being locked, and when asked to remove due to their negligence they said they couldn’t do anything about it and apologized for their mistake - yet I still paid the price. When moving out my lock was frozen and nothing worked after deicing, ect, so we had to cut it. The lock was bought through them to keep in mind. Afterwards they said I had to pay for a new one, even though the janitor or someone should be deicing each lock during their walk through (they just spray from spray bottle into lock hole, nothing that would take extra time). Price from move in almost tripled during my 3 years there. And again, short notice given. Staff were friendly but couldn’t do anything about any concerns or disputes since the rules for company are given without any lenience. Bad compay, friendly staff, policy’s are ridiculous and downright scam.

This place is a really clean and tidy storage unit. There is always someone rolling around during business hours in a cart. I keep my Travel Trailer, Utility Trailer, and Truck There in the covered parking. Plenty of room to store. Never had a security issue. They have a dump station and non-potable water free to use for tenants. There are 2 separate gate entrances for entering and exiting. The staff are kind and courteous.Ive been here for a few years and highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. The gate does lock at 9pm.
