*DO NOT RENT *We go online and reserve a unit within minutes the phone is ringing and she’s trying to get us in at that moment sounds great right now no I told her I need to talk to my partner for a moment then I will call her back I emailed her asking could we put it in her name and within minutes she’s calling again ready to set it up and get our payment. We get everything figured out and call her and go through with the process she fails to tell us our unit is in a locked door that you cannot access when no one is on sight NOBODY IS EVER ON SIGHT MIND YOU. So I have called and emailed and have been ignored all day finally talked to some she said she cannot give me the code for the unit I paid for 2 days ago and I will have to wait till tomorrow when there is staff on sight. Do not waste your time here

Do not use management sucks they hardly ever answer the phone and not willing to work with you i was 45 days late ONE TIME and iafter that when i couldnt make a payment on my exact due date they put my stuff up for auction, whereas other storages give u a grace period any time your late they are one and done.

Nathan has worked with us during an extreme hardship, been very professional and friendly.
