These guys are the kings of bait and switch. I rented a unit in early 2025...They raised the rent 37% a few months later and then another 19% after another 8 months for a total of 63% from the original advertised rent rate in less than a year! DO NOT use them unless you're OK with an ever increasing rent payment! UPDATE: Owner response asked me to call them. Couldn't figure out how to get past their "AI Assistant" to "discuss further". Gave up after several tries. I guess to add to the review above...they're also the kings of keeping you from getting a real person if you call with an issue.
