Unfortunately, unable to access my storage unit 15 minutes after 10 o’clock, which is the access Time I’ve called several times. Left several messages. I’m unable to reach anyone to open the gate. This company expecting their tenants to pay timely. We are expecting to be able to access our belongings in a timely manner.

I have used Super Storage in Fairfield for years. The staff is always courteous and helpful; the facility and units are always clean and well monitored. Chantel, the onsite manager is kind and professional. She can and will help you with any of your storage needs and concerns. I highly recommend this facility.
