Disappointed After Almost A Year With StoreEase I’ve been with StoreEase for nearly a year now, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. When I first rented my storage unit, I was paying $80 per month. Just five months later, the price increased to $105. Now, another five months in, my payment is going up to $135—and at this rate, I’m worried it will be $155 in another five months. I don’t understand these constant, drastic increases. There’s no staff on-site, and nothing about the service or unit has improved to justify the rising cost. It feels unfair and unreasonable, especially in today’s economy. I simply can’t afford to keep paying more for the same storage unit. This kind of pricing practice has left me frustrated and disappointed. I expected more stability and transparency. 10/23/25 UPDATE ✨️ So I decided to suck it up and pay the $135 even though it was pushing the bank. A representative had called me about my review and the only thing I was told was that this size unit is in high demand and thats why the price increases. I said so you guys push the current residence out by jacking up your prices and the guy said he'd happily help me move to a smaller unit...We'll here we are a couple months later and I was just informed my rent will now be $182! But tell me why you go the website to rent my sized unit and it says its 159?? Storeease seems to say the unit is a certain price to get you in the door and then jack up the prices a few months in. This is snakey business.
