Reservation was easy and service was great. They gave a tour and explained how everything worked at pick-up. We rented the 25" Forester with unlimited mileage. "The Frankie" was nice, they supplied many amenities to name a few; linens, soap, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, cookware, dishes, utensils, cleaning supplies,bed was made with pillows and there was a small first aid kit in the medicine cabinet. I wish we had the option to omit the supplies though since we brought our own and we could have used the extra storage. But it was very nice they made sure it was stocked just in case. The heat worked well as we were in Colorado during the winter. We did have a few issues unfortunately, drawers not staying closed while driving, one had a broken latch and another velcro needed replacing. The carbon monoxide detector repeatedly malfunctioned and alarm kept going off. Scared the mess out of us first time forcing us out into the cold night air to be safe. We had to turn on camper to add charge to the battery several times which helped temporarily. The adapter to plug in for power to not keep running battery down while parked was missing which didnt help the situation at all. We had a generator which wasn't helpful because it wouldn't stay on. Running the RV seemed the fastest and easiest way to recharge the battery. If I had known the generator was going to add several more feet to the camper which was chosen for its short length I would have also opted out of having it esp if the much needed adapter would have been supplied to connect. The camera worked well for changing lanes with a great side view BUT it did not work when backing up to see directly behind us. I was told the RV had recently been serviced and had just passed inspection but seemed need an alignment or maybe couple of tires were unbalanced. We drove over 2500 miles so it was very noticeable on vehicle its size on the highway. Overall, I WOULD Recommend Dufourfun RV's. They were pleasant the process very easy and drop off smoothe and convenient. They have plenty of RV's to choose from for any type of trip or get away. BUT make sure you are more proactive than I, with your initial inspection and maybe take a test drive. Enjoy the Outdoors and Safe Travels!
