2½ hours waiting at facility for a working gate code We ended up getting the i.t. company from texas to get the gate code working

New but so far so good. Was at Cubesmart 3 months and they raised rates by 35%. Don't they realize that it's very easy to move an RV. Hopefully, Storage King is much smarter than Cubesmart

Cannot get ahold of anyone ever. Charging me extra $$$ don’t know why. When I call to discuss the situation all you get is an automated system to talk to says it will have management review your issue never a call back. Even when I did get ahold of someone at another location they stated they will have the manager call me back crickets. No one at the office EVER!!! Doors are always closed ghost town.
