Rent went up pretty consistently, but my biggest concern is there were always people in there working on vehicles motorhomes which would block us from getting to our unit and we would have to deal with the nasty smells from the chemicals they were using and this was not a one time thing, this went on for the last few months we were there. All that was said when we asked was, is it bothering you? Well yes it is. people aren't supposed to be living in storage units and thats what appears to be happening, we left and went somewhere else. Storage is not for vehicle repair , homeless, and blocking of other people getting in their units and having to put up with toxic smells.
