The facility is well maintained. The prices are typical for the Phoenix metro area. Besides many different sizes of units, there also is a small RV/vehicle storage area. I have been using their facility since 2017 and it's now July 2024. Update: it is now February 2026 and I'm still using this storage facility. I still give it 5 stars.
