I am " still" a customer at your facility on S. Palo Verde Dr in Tucson AZ. The manager Jessica has ALWAYS made me feel appreciated as a customer. She has always been professional, but not cold. More friendly than I usually have dealt with from other companies. The only down fall I would say is having to deal with a call center during normal business hrs without being able to reach " any" mgt at the facility directly. Thier communication skills can be somewhat lacking. Im a senior citizen & disabled veteran with a hearing impairment & having to CONTINUELESSLY repeat myself can be tiring. That would be the only downside. I would recommend this company to others, but honestly I can only vouch for the Mgr I have dealt with directly.
