Slight rate increase but still happy my shit has t been auctioned. They have a grace period before you lose your unit.

If I could give them zero stars I would! The owners were changed and the new owners put the rent up 2Xs what it was before. Gate is always open! No employees there when u need them! It looks more and more like”run down” every time I go. The people you reach when u call are not local! My friend lost his job and wasn’t able to pay so they opened it for the upcoming auction (things happen we are adults and we know what happens when u don’t pay your bills yes this part is understood) but when they opened the storage and are just supposed to see what is in there for the auction whatever employee that opened it actually STOLE THINGS because my friend had a list of things in the storage and he was missing several things! This place WAS awesome but NOT ANYMORE! A lot of drug users walking around (I’m from ny I know what they look like) and “suspicious activity” in and out of some of the storage units I mind my business so I didn’t say anything before but also manly because when u go there THERE IS NO ONE TO TELL! As a woman I wouldn’t feel safe keeping my stuff there …. If something happens no one will hear u scream and there is no one to come help!

We love Todd. Feel like property is secure and well looked after! He is a big Teddy Bear!

Best storage facility with great customer service - Kevin is the best. Awesome experience

By far the best storage facility I have ever used out of seven companies, they are just strict enough to make sure you’re safe, and lenient enough to not be any kind of bother to the renters, helpful in fact. , Todd the local manager in particular, has mastered the art of Customer Service and makes everybody feel welcome and secure.
