Best customer service ever! Patti at Storquest gave me the best service experience I ever had. First of all the facility is clean and new looking. Patti looked at various units to try to find the easiest one for me to loc since I am a senior citizen female. She even took the time to teach me how to lock and door which wasn’t easy for me. And she was patient during the 15 minutes it took for me to get it! She gave me a bottle of water as I was walking from the facility and had a great personality. Don’t try other storage units. Talk with Patti and Storquest first!

Patty at the Cape Coral location is the absolute best!! She went above & beyond when we 1st got in our unit, up until the day we moved out! Our things were in an outside unit & even after months of being in there, came out in the same condition it went in. No critters, bugs or water damage. If you need to store your things, I highly recommend this location & that you ask for Patty!
