Gate has been down for a long time. New gate is junk. Buttons on keypad work sometimes. Maybe blow the collection of debris out of spots. Birds are making a mess. The place is going down hill with the RecNation group. My vehicle was damaged, not sure when. They have camera's, but they tell you nothing of any issues they see if they even look. Take care of your facilities and care about your renters valuable assets.

RecNation started off as a 5 star review with no questions, but new ownership caused it to drop down to a two star by the end of last year. The location is great, the build out was great, but then the billing came in wrong for 7 months, the gate has been broken for nine months, and the security and customer service fell off a cliff. Recently, they have finally repaired the gate and things may be getting better- hopefully back to the way they were in 2024
