Own a 40’ RV and just began leasing a covered space at a RecNation location in Fort Myers. The sign up process is easy, however you need to read the rental contract carefully as RN wants to sell you additional insurance. The facility is well built, however I wish they designed the stalls in the opposite direction that they are currently marked. If they were, I could have pulled right into my spot. Instead, I had to pull around the backside of the covered area and back in. One huge advantage to this location is the 30amp electrical service included in the parking spot. Additionally, I didn’t see too much bird activity under the canopy-but since the facility is new, nesting birds may have not found this location yet. At this early stage I would give this location 4 stars.
