I am hurt beyond believe,, All of me and family items were stolen ,, All my clothes and valuables, Excerise equipments, file cabinets , etc,, stolen,, My oldest daughter who passed away 2016, all her cherished possessions that I hold dear to my heart, stolen,, My youngest daughter, who has a stroke and her 4 children, who moved from NC,, everything personal, all stolen,, The sad part is that I was the only one, the gate, locks camera wasn’t working both times, I was told,, and my unit was broken into 2x in 2 months,, I been a customer since year 2015, no problems,, My grand kids cry for their personal things and my daughter so upset,, They left an abusive situation, and now have to deal with the mental anguish of loosing everything , unfortunately, I had no insurance, because we were living in Hotel and I couldn’t barely afford the room, let alone the Insurance ,, 😭😭😭, so hurt!!

Rented a unit for 6 years. Best self storage ever!! They were understanding if I needed to pay late. Very kind. Nice units. If I need a storage unit again, I'm going back to Armadillo on Mill Creek!
