The storage units are not maintained and are absolutely disgusting. They have a serious roach and rodent problem, droppings everywhere and on everything. Don’t trust this place with your personal belongings. The lady at the front desk is very rude and will yell at you, also they are rarely ever open. Stay away from this place.

Sharon is amazing

Signing up was easy to do which I do appreciate, however I was scammed . They had a deal online for a unit half off for the first month for $34.50 . I went to sign up and she charges me $65 for the first month . While signing the paperwork, I asked her am I still getting the discount I signed up (mind you I paid the $25 reservation fee which she says goes towards my rental) and she says yes the discount is applied . After signing, I said can I get a receipt . Was charged $97 . When I asked about where’s the discount, how am I charged $97 she says “Oh that’s over, we’re not doing that anymore” . Literally lied to my face and charges my card and didn’t tell me the amount . I guess they are money hungry . Canceling after my one month because clearly honesty is not key with this business .

Bad customer service. The attendant was not interested in business just clocking her time
