If you asked me a year ago I would have given this location a zero but im giving 5 stars because of Priscilla the new Property Manager. I moved to TX 3 years ago, the movers I hired brokered my move to a company that ended up out of Business because of a DOT investigation. Long story short, my belongings never got to TX, the movers dumped the tractor trailer in a parking lot in Ft Myer (obv was not part of the drive to San Antonio) and left it. A yr and a 1/2 later it was found by the DOT & I was contacted. The person that bought all of the dumped trailers was gracious enough to pay 6 mo for my belongings to go to I Storage. The old Mngr was RUDE and was threatening to auction my belongings unless I started paying for the storage unit. It wasn't in my name and I had just found out my apt stuff was there. He was a difficult ass to be blunt. Finally after many calls,back and forth my name was in the rental. When I called 4-5 days ago to return Priscillas call, told her I had an emergency due to the ice storm and I had to delay payment until my next pay day she was very nice about it. When I explained I didn't even know what I had left of my actual belongings she was gracious and offered to cut the lock and send me pictures of what I had in there. COLIN sure could take some lessons from her!! She was the 1st person to "help" me in knowing what if anything was left of my stuff and promised to send pictures and she did just that. She will never know HOW MANY SLEEPLESS nights I spent wondering if I actually had anything left or if the movers stole most of it. It's more peace of mind than I have had in 3 yrs!!!! I intend to keep paying and decided not to let it go now and when I get to FL to retrieve my stuff I just hope I get to meet her, it will surely come with a huge hug and a thank you from the bottom of my soul. She showed me kindness and compassion where no one else had!!!!

Priscilla at the 14150 N Cleveland north fort myers location is EXTREMELY capable and professional!! Her customer service is touch notch! She is to be commended!

Priscilla was extremely helpful and friendly when my husband and I rented storage space from the N. Fort Myers facility.
