The representative that took such good care of me on my rental was not only helpful patient and clear with instructions, but also she made me feel safe and really part of a family if you can relate.i believe she went by the name Maria. Unfortunately, the unit we opened was very dirty with lots of dead cochroaches, lose dirt inside and debris. Sorry but thats how we found it. Rat poison boxes all throughout, guessing that's a good thing that Management is trying to keep it clean.
